I know, I know. I've been a bad blogger. I'll try to make up for it, I promise!
This morning was my weekly weigh-in. Down 2.2 pounds, baby! That's enough motivation to carry me through the weekend.
We're going to Visalia tomorrow morning, where it'll be a cool 101 degrees. When I'm not melting into a puddle of me, I"ll be meeting my nephew. So excited!
In addition to being a bad blogger, I've been a bad car owner. I was long overdue to get its oil changed, especially since it just hit 100,000 miles. I've been meaning to take it in to my mechanic for a tune-up, but haven't had a chance. Since I'm driving to the Sun, I mean, my hometown, tomorrow, I got my oil changed today. And a bunch of other stuff flushed. And a new fuel filter. The $200 I dropped hurt, but it sure feels good to drive a car that's running nice and smooth and (hopefully) won't leave me stranded on the freeway this weekend.
Brent and I finally saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith tonight. I...loved...it! It was cute, there was ass-kicking, and it was hilarious. Loved all the beautiful people. Oh, and it had Vince Vaughn, a nice surprise.
[shouts] "Mom! We are on high alert here. I almost killed you right there!" - Vince Vaughn, Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
