Thinking Inside The Box

Perhaps one of these days, maybe after we get the KitchenAid Mixer we registered for and after we get a larger kitchen, I'll make things from scratch ala justJENN and Hil. Until then I'll continue to be a lazy baker and make cupcakes from a box and frost them with pre-made frosting in a can. I'm so unprepared in the kitchen that we don't even have toothpicks to test how done the cupcakes are. I used a chopstick instead!

I made some Valentine-themed cupcakes to take to work tomorrow. They're the funfetti with whipped cream cheese frosting. I also added some fun red, white and pink heart quins, and conversation hearts.
