Kauai
- Our resort was beyond AMAZING! It had three pools (one for adults only, one family pool and a salt water pool - all next to a beautiful beach!) The adult pool featured waitresses to make sure we were never without a fruity drink in our hands!
- A helicopter tour, as previously mentioned, with no doors! I thought the poor woman next to me was going to have a panic attack from fear of falling out! We saw the waterfalls featured at the beginning of Fantasy Island and Jurassic Park. You can see the woman's arm holding on for dear life.

- A snorkeling boat excursion, where we saw a mother humpback whale and her calf next to our boat, along with dolphins and sea turtles.
- Delicious food at Tidepools, a restaurant at our resort featuring a bunch of choi ponds. I joked that it would be neat if the choi fish jumped, and 30 seconds later one did!
- More yummy food at Roy's and The Beach House, among others.

- Wonderful massages for Brent and I in open-air massage rooms. (Brent's first professional massage!)
- As previously mentioned, a Pierce Brosnan sighting.
- Lots and lots of naps! We joked that our daily schedule was: eat, sleep, eat, sleep, repeat.
- Anyone know why there are so many chickens roaming around Hawaii?

Maui
- Stayed at the fabulous Hyatt in Kaanapali.
- Enjoyed a really nice luau called Feast At Lele. It's an upscale luau where they serve you (instead of a buffet) and they don't drag you on stage to hula. Brent reserved early and got us tables in the front row. The dancers were so great!

Did I mention the luau featured an open bar?

- Went on a whale-watching boat excursion where we were followed by a pod of probably 50+ spinner dolphins who were happy to jump out of the water and show off for us

- We lounged by the pool and I perfected my tan.

- We went snorkeling at Black Rock in Kaanapali, where we saw soooo many colorful schools of fish! Brent had asked me to make sure I covered his back in sunscreen. I used our aersol sunscreen and thought I had done a good job until that night when we discovered....

- Ate some of the best sushi ever!

And thanks to all our friends who bought gifts from our honeymoon registry! It made our adventures even more fun as we thought of those who had made those excursions, meals and relaxing possible! Mahalo!
