Seriously...SERIOUSLY!

Is it just me or do you get frustrated when folks have no sense of decorum?

Stuff that's pissed me off recently:
- Crap from my condo neighbors. Asking someone (aka me) to complain to another condo owner about the water they're letting trickle out of the hose in the parking garage when they wash their dog(s) in the morning. I'm not the boss of any of the other homeowners. The complaining neighbor should have the cajones to tell the other person themselves.
- Being mean just for the sake of being mean.
- Racist crap. No need to say it. No need to classify an entire race of folks as having certain traits or in this case, a lack thereof.
- Disagreeing just for the sake of disagreeing.

I try to let this stuff just roll off my back, but other times I just want to punch people in the face.

Fortunately I've found a new way to distract myself. Check out this clip of an insanely adorable UK children's show, Pocoyo. It's so sweet, it makes my teeth hurt. And makes me forget that I want to kick people in the penis.

  1. OMGoodness...that is the cutest show. I'll get a review from my 5-year-old daughter after school today. :-) No kiddie music for Pocoyo. Love it!

  2. "Disagreeing just for the sake of disagreeing" . . . tee hee, wait until you have kids. Disagreeing with me is all my daughter does!

That show is too cute! UK kids grow up cooler because they listen to Arctic Monkeys in their kid shows. :P

  3. I'm so guilty of disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing... but in my defense, I only like to do that with my super political friend!

I'm also kind of mean. Whoops! I swear I'm trying to be nicer!

  5. My dad would always play devil's advocate -- not sure if that's the same as disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing. 'Cause as infuriating as it was at times, he def. made you think a lot harder about your stance on something before just blabbing it out.

btw, there's no disagreeing here -- that kid dancing is very cute.

  6. I love Pocoyo! I'm dreading Zoe wanting to watch something like Barney, but I could totally handle this little guy. :)

I agree with your list, and I'd like to add "holding grudges". I just think people should get over it and stop dwelling on stuff from the past. Hmm. Possible future post.
