Last night I attended the filming of the Maroon 5's Nissan Live set, which will be shown on Yahoo! Music. And not only did I attend the filming, but I also submitted a question to ask the band - and was selected! I arrived early to do a sound check and practiced standing on a stage in the middle of the audience to ask my question.
They played a few songs - including some new ones, which were awesome - and then it was my turn to get on the mic. I stepped up, smiled, waited for my cue and asked...well, you'll have to wait until the show hits Yahoo before I'll tell you what my exact question was, along with their response. Dahahaha!
The entire show was a blast and it was exciting to be in the first large crowd as they tried out songs from their upcoming album. I can't wait for the new album and the accompanying tour!
Brent was such a good sport and allowed me to drag him along to the show, seeing as how my Maroon 5 concert buddies have now moved to other states. He earns Husband of the Year points for that.

ReplyDeleteI was there also, it rocked! .....I wonder if you were able to take a camera in, we weren't, only VIP's....if you took any pics, can you post them please?
