In honor of the upcoming St. Patrick's Day and a co-worker's weekend birthday, I made some cupcakes. And not just any cupcakes - Irish Cream cupcakes! I got the recipe from the Crazy About Cupcakes cookbook. It's a cake batter, filling and frosting all infused with Irish Cream liqueur.
They turned out really well. In fact, Brent says they are his favorite cupcakes of those I've ever made!
Hopefully my co-workers will feel the same way.
(And sorry - no pictures. My camera is dead and I can't find the charger.)
