Bounce and babble

Em apparently got the exersaucer and jumperoo confused. (Don't worry - when you become a parent, you'll learn the difference between the two.)

And here's a great example of how talkative Em is during every meal. Seriously, EVERY. MEAL. Not during the pureed portion, though -- just the finger foods courses.

By the way, teething biscuits from Whole Foods must be made from stucco or something. Once moistened by slobbery, teething baby, they spread all over everything and are impossible to remove. That's what's all over her bib and face and arms and high chair.

"Angelina Jolie was on. And she adopted a baby from Asia, and she said that it changed her life. And that really inspired me. So, I want you to look into seeing how much a little Chinese baby would cost." - Michael, The Office

  1. When she grows up, she will totally get shushed in restaurants.

  2. Those are both so cute! I love how chatty she is- I think we have days where Rex doesn't talk that much during the entire day. Maybe that isn't such a bad thing though but they are just so cute when they talk!

  3. Another one to keep in mind: banana. When mixed with baby saliva, it turns to some combination of cement & crazy glue.

  6. So was she not supposed to be bouncing in that thing? Yikes...I've got a ton to learn!

I love her babble! So cute! Sometimes I want to enjoy my food that way, too.

  9. Ha! It's quite funny how she stops and then just resumes as if nothing happned. Too cute. We have the same exersaucer that I bought on Craig's for $15..but I see that I may be missing some parts. J likes to twist around really fast in the seat. I don't even know how he does it.
