Crib chaos

Em had a hard time with this afternoon's nap. She was exhausted when we laid her down, but she somehow got a second wind and spent more than an hour babbling to herself. At one point Brent went to check on her. He came back and noted that she'd somehow found a pink shirt and pulled it into her crib. I mentioned that it was probably from the bag of too-small clothes I had next to her crib.

A while later, she still wasn't asleep. Brent went to check on her and came back, noting nothing more than, "You have to go see her."

This is what I found.

Here's a close-up to show you that it's not just a huge crib blanket. That's a third of the bag of clothes.

She thought it was rip-roarin' HILARIOUS.

Crazy kid.

  1. So funny! There is a chair by Rex's crib and sometimes I find things I left in the chair that mysteriously migrate into the crib during naptime. Hmm.

  4. So pleased with herself... Wait until she's re-arranging your whole house like my 3.5 year old. Today I found two finger puppets in the tray of the water and ice dispenser on the freezer door.
