I've been a fan of Ray's for a couple years now, and while he's growing in popularity, he's still somewhat obscure. He's also very introverted, despite his desire to share his music with the world.
So the first time I saw the following ad, I wondered aloud if Ray even knew his song was featured in the ad. He just strikes me as the kind of guy who doesn't own a TV. I jokingly imagine that his agent/manager gave their approval for the rights, knowing that Ray would never see it 'cuz he's too busy collecting maple syrup from the forest in his backyard or hand-rolling cigars.
